The PUR RF-9999 Faucet Filter Replacement Cartridge is a 3-Stage faucet filter replacement which fits all PUR faucet filter systems. It is a compatible replacement faucet filter for previous model PUR faucet filters including the PUR RF-3050, PUR RF-3375, and the PUR RF-4050. The RF-9999 is the most advanced faucet water filter produced by PUR. It removes or reduces 99.9% of microbiological cysts (such as cryptosporidium and giardia), lead, up to 99% of pharmaceuticals, mercury, lindane, atrazine, asbestos, the bad taste and odor of chlorine, and numerous other impurities and contaminants (see list below). It does not remove fluoride from your water. The PUR RF-9999 works for up to 100 gallons - it should be replaced about every 2-3 months. The PUR RF-9999 faucet filter works in 3 stages.
